Hi good morning My name is Douglas and I am new to use this service I'm on my windows HP laptop and it asked me to create a Mozilla account as I could created my Mozilla account it accepted everything and then when I needed to change my information that I had already included in and it accepted when I went back to change that it blocked me out of my account I do not know how to get in to I don't know how to unlock my account can you please help me or show me how to unlock my account thank you very much it's greatly appreciated
