I get the following error message while saving a send message: "Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors."

This is my local PC, so no network error here. So, it most be a file access errors. How do I fix or resolve this issue?

I'm running on Ubuntu version: 24.04.2 LTS

I recently received an email from MemberClicks, an email distribution service associated with an organization that I am a member of. I get these periodically and they are always fine. I usually have to click at the top of the email to say "allow content." This current email did not provide that option and it has no observable content. I get a footer, grayed out that says "This email was sent to eberger@compuserve.com by nhcaoffice@hearingconservation.org National Hearing Conservation Association • P.O. If I go to forward the email or reply to the email, when the email opens up that I will be editing and sending, it briefly displays for about 1 s, the content of the email that was not present. I just had the organization resend the email to another account and this time the same problem occurred. However, I was carefully observing and when I first opened it the content was there for 1 s and then disappeared. I was not given any option to allow content.

This has not happened in the past with this provider. Thoughts?

I am running 128.11.0esr(64 bit)

I CANNOT SEND with Thunderbird. I'm using Nobara and my mail server is Synology's Mail Server (NOT Mail PLUS Server).

Below are the setting that I use in a DIFFERENT email app, and I can receive AND SEND.

Nobara Version: 6.14.8-200 For Version: 128.10.2esr

Incoming Mail:

   IMAP:   mail.<my domain>
   SSL/TL
   993
   Normal Password
   No Client Cert
   no auto-detect imap namespace
   no compression

Outgoing Mail:

   SMTP:   <my domain>  (and i have tried smtp.<my domain> too)
   STARTTLS
   587
   Normal Password
   No Client Cert

Hi, Thunderbird macht seit ein paar Wochen Probleme. 4 Emailkonten sind eingerichtet. Es werden aber bei keinem Konto E-Mails abgerufen...es kommt immer ein Timeoutfehler. Deinstalliert man Thunderbird komplett und installiert es wieder, dann funktioniert sofort wieder alles...aber nur für einen Tag...macht man das gleiche Spiel wieder, geht es wieder für einen Tag.

Version ist die 1.39 64bit.

My Thunderbird has stopped working. as of 6/5 it no longer transfers e-mails from ipage. I did try to reinstall but that did not help. It opens but does not do anything. The emails are on webmail.

made an update today and since I' no more able to send or receive mails. To be honest I didn't use the program for a while so I' not sure since when exactly. But the latest mail dates 11. 5. 25

Pressing "Get Messages" at top left in Thunderbird no longer invokes the checking for email message at bottom left (I can't remember the actual wording), and none of the new messages (which I can see and read via Firefox and/or Chrome browser) are downloaded into Thunderbird.

I am attaching pdf's of my server settings.

Suddenly today I became unable to send an email from my primary email address which I use on Thunderbird. I receive this error message. Any ideas? I have no idea what the error message is. A screen shot is attached.

We've not changed any settings and today the name and email address of the sender of an email no longer appear when replying. It's also appeared prior to today.

Beginning on May 19,2025 my email will no longer download from centurylink to my Thunderbird program/account. I've tried talking to both centurylink and brightspeed that took over centurylink. They were completely clueless.
