tab keeps loading (?), but link opens / Michaels.com won't load

more options

I had an issue with the hidden task bar not showing up when I moved my cuser to the bottom of the screen, so I was "playing around" and messed it up. I created another profile, but lost all my bookmarks and so forth. I copied files from my old profile to the new profile, but now I can't get to michaels.com - it won't load. Also, I have my yahoo mail tab looks like it's loading, but I got in my email and when I went to blackforrest.com it does the same thing.

I still have the issue of my task bar not "unhidding" when I go to the bottom of the screen. I have to minimize my screens to see the task bar.

Can you help, please?

My apologies, I have Windows 10 I would like to ask if it's safe for the tabs to appear to try to load? If it's safe, I'll wait for next update and hope for the best.
